Two Story Modular Homes

One of the latest design options for modular homes is two story modular homes.  This option is still not available in every manufacturer’s collection one company that does offer building plans for two story homes is Modular Center.  This company offers nine different two story floor plans that you can choose from.  Six of those floor plans will be discussed below.

The first two story Modular Center modular homes floorplan that is offered is the Somerdale.  This home is 1872 square feet, and it offers three bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  On the first floor you have a breakfast nook, the kitchen, the dining room, the family room, the living room, a half bath, and the foyer.  On the second floor you have four bedrooms, two full baths, a utility room, and a walk in closet in the master suite.

The second two story Modular Center modular homes floorplan that is offered is the Claymont.  This model is 1352 square feet, and it has three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.  On the first floor you get a living room, dining room, the kitchen, and a half bath.  On the second floor you get three bedrooms, and 2 full baths.

The third two story Modular Center modular homes floorplan that is offered is the Kingston.  This model is 1792 square feet, and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  On the first floor you get a great room, a dining room, a living room, a foyer, a half bath, and a kitchen.  On the second floor you get three bedrooms and two full baths.

The fourth two story floorplan that is available is the Princeton.  It offers 2352 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  On the first floor is the family room, a breakfast nook, a kitchen, a half bath, a living room, a dining room, and storage.  On the second floor you get three bedrooms, a master bathroom, a full bathroom, and a walk in closet in the Master Suite.

The fifth two story floorplan that is available from this designer is the Trenton.  This model offers 2464 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  On the first floor is the family room, the living room, the foyer, the dining room, the kitchen, a breakfast nook and a half bath.  On the second floor you get four bedrooms, a utility room, a master bath, and an additional full bath.

The sixth two story floor plan offered by this designer is the Camden.  This is a 2464 square foot model that offers four bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms.  On the first floor you get a family room, a breakfast nook, a kitchen with a bar, a half bathroom, a utility room, a dining room, a foyer, and a living room.  On the second floor you get four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a walk in closet in the master suite.
